1 Year Manufacturer Warranty

Every cable, charger, kit, earbud, power bank, and screen protector we sell carries a 1 year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a unit fails in normal use within one year of delivery, we replace it.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or wear from misuse.

2 Month Return Window

• You may return product within 2 months of delivery.
• Returns are accepted regardless of the condition of the packaging — opened boxes are fine.
• Contact us before shipping anything back so we can log the return.
